construction has been pending for over a year now which is why we did not know when they would start. The good news is that they had to dig down about 5 ft and the ground slopes down, so all 3 vacation rental units will still have good ocean views, both during
and after construction. However, during the first week of August they just poured the foundation which means that during the months of August and September they will be framing, roofing, etc. They generally finish by 5 pm and have not been working on weekends.
