Relax in privacy. On 10 acres overlooking the Victorian Village of Ferndale, the Inn offers seclusion and plenty of room to breathe within proximity to the recreational opportunities for which the Redwood Coast is famous: redwood forests (nature's cathedrals), secluded beaches, pristine nature preserves and towns that invite you to step back in time. *After Booking Final arrangments and payment will be completed with Owner/Host. This is the smaller of two comfortable suites, each with its own private balcony, provide sweeping views of the Victorian Village and the Eel River Valley. This suite has a full sized bed and a queen sofa bed. Oriental touches and Danish modern furnishings reflect the owners, who are fluent in Japanese, German and a variety of Scandinavian languages. So do the extras they offer to guests: wood burning stoves; satellite TV; a library of VHS tapes and old, 16 mm films (black and white); outdoor benches to take in the view; and, upon request, use of the billiard room. Town is two blocks (and a world) away.
