Great, quiet getaway for two. This separate cottage near end of quiet street with Ocean Views from garden seating has a queen bed, a couch for relaxing, microwave, hotplate & coffee maker for cooking basics, and a small tv. Enjoy the yard, BBQ, and patio which includes outdoor seating with the same perfect ocean views. This house is in the lovely village of Trinidad and a short walk to wonderful restaurants and cafes, parks, art studio, museum, jewelery & clothing shops, a large market, fishing pier, wine tasting, and much more. Now with wifi too!

My wife and daughter stayed there and the only negative comments were that you need to go to a thrift store and get a tv with a screen big enough to be seen further away than 2 feet and there needs to be some microwaveable bowls available. Nice for the price. The ocean view was just from a small kitchen window, but walk a block and the view was spectacular. Great location, comfortable studio in back of a house.

I went up to Trinidad to unwind after a busy year, and found the perfect place to stay and regroup -- the Harbor Studio was just right. Trinidad is a wonderful, friendly town, and the Harbor Studio itself was just lovely. Clean, neat, and perfect for one or two people. I had the most delightful time in Trinidad, and I will most definitely be coming back. Thank you!!!
TV should be larger. VCR is dated. No internet as advertised on website. Could use small table for reading newspaper.

Bathroom shower curtain does not prevent spillover of water onto floor. Plate behind shower valve handle has sharp edge exposed (potential hazard). Hot water not very hot. But still enjoyed our stay.

  Will turn up the hot water (have to be careful to not have it too hot where someone good get burned) and work on the shower curtain and plate. Thank you for letting us know about those things. Will be speaking with the owners about a larger tv and cable and internet as well, and change the listing as well now so that it is correct. Thank you for your stay and glad you enjoyed it!

Great location for walking in Trinidad. Beautiful view just a walk across the street. The 2 bedroom cottage next door has deck with view.

The cabin is in a perfect location right near the ocean. It is simple, clean, quiet and quaintly decorated.I didnt use the small kitchen which has a microwave but no stove or oven. The bed was comfortable. I didnt stay in the cabin much but it is perfect for a short stay.

I came up for a few days alone, and I came home with memories and some new friends. What a fantastic place to get away to. The cottage was perfect for me (also good for a couple/romantic getaway), and the town is great. I recommend Katy's Smokehouse/Seafood shop for the best seafood and smoked fish I've ever had. Well worth the drive!

The studio was very comfortable equipped with adequate appliances. My main problem was the smell of smoke, especially in the bath. The ozone appliance brought by staff was very helpful, but I was still aware of the smoke.
