The 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit is comfortably furnishedwith a queen in each bedroom, a twin bed also in one of the bedrooms, and a futon in the living room.The views are so good that you may not want to leave, although the short walk down to the Jacuzzi, which has wonderful views and privacy, may spark your desire to explore!
* Please Note – 20% discount off high season rate on weekday stays due to construction in adjacent lot for August. Construction going on at one of the two lots adjacent to the unit. Construction has just started on a 1 story house on the left, front lot. The construction has been pending for over a year now which is why we did not know when they would start. The good news is that they had to dig down about 5 ft and the ground slopes down, so all 3 vacation rental units will still have good ocean views, both during and after construction. However, during the first week of August they just poured the foundation which means that during the months of August and September they will be framing, roofing, etc. They generally finish by 5 pm and have not been working on weekends.
