  Very comfortable house for 6 adults. We loved our house on the bluff. My niece asked if we can come back next year as soon as we got there. Most important, we had a need to call maintenance and received prompt, courteous service from Reid - he was awesome. Thank you so much for all your help. We will definitely look to return at some point!!!!

  The location and views were incredible. Besides the home smelling of fish on arrival, the home was very comfortable and clean. One of the bedroom blinds were stripped and hard to close and open and the television in the guest house quit working a day before our departure, but this did not cause us any inconvenience. Our stay was very enjoyable and relaxing and I would definitely recommend this property to a friend.

  Great beach cottage with an excellent location. Everything inside the cottage was clean and in excellent condition. The views of the pier and beach were breathtaking. I especially enjoyed watching the fishermen row out from the pier to their fishing boats every morning and then seeing them come back in the evening with their baskets full of crabs. The Seascape restaurant below is excellent, whether it be breakfast, lunch or dinner. We would recommend this to anyone who loves the ocean and beach. Looking forward to coming back again soon.

  We have been stopping periodically at the Seascape Restaurant in Trinidad for the past 33 years--and were never disappointed with the food or surroundings. We have always regarded Trinidad itself as a rather magical seashore spot. Renting Seascape House, which is "perched" on a knoll overhanging the restaurant and the crab fishing pier, turned out to be an extremely pleasant experience. Our stay was during the crabbing season, and we feasted on "fresh from the boat" Dungeness crab.
  
  There was an almost record low tide during our stay, and our oceanographer daughter and our grandchildren were fascinated with the proliferation of sealife exposed (especially the starfish).

  Nice place with a great harbor view. The rooms are small and it needs a better solution to the cooking/eating situation for more than 4 people. Beautiful spot and nice for a small group.

  The seascape house was awesome. Not only for the comfort of the house but for the beautiful view as well. Due to a baby girl on the way, we couldn't have our honeymoon just yet, and the seascape house was perfect for a little getaway. I highly recommend it

  The place is very cute, but this is our third stay in a RCVR managed home and the second time the water in the hot tub was dirty enough that we didn't get in. It's disturbing to open the cover and find cloudy water and dead bugs.
  Also it looked like the jets were missing a piece.
  The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we arrived, no big deal, I just ran it and put them away, but some guests might really be bummed about that. The flowers and wine were a nice touch. If you really want your rentals to stand out and above your average rental home, talk to the people who run SeaRidge in Albion, on the Mendocino coast. That home is managed with such hospitality that not only do we send every one we know there, we go back at least once a year sometimes twice.

  Sounds of the Surf and Views of the Harbor

  The place lived up to it's photos on the web. Clean & spacious with outstanding views. Fell asleep at night to the sounds of the surf. Had coffee in the morning on the deck watching the fog lift,while being entertained by the seagulls, fisherman on the pier, sea kayakers, and all the boats coming and going. Would stay there again. Best location in Trinidad.

  Every window in this incredibly charming period historical and restored harbor home looks out on the ocean---north, south, east, and west! It takes little imagination to picture the ship captain or harbormaster and his family that lived here. We couldn't stop looking at the beautiful views all around us. Is there any other spot anywhere like this? What a great vacation home!

  Seascape was a great place

  We were all delighted with the Seascape property in Trinidad. The views were spectacular, and the house is right beside a trail that goes up a hill to even more spectacular views. The house was spotless and very comfortable. We would be happy to come back for another visit to this house.

  The guest cottage desperately needs a closet or at least a pole to hang up clothes- at a minimum some more hooks! Another mirror in the guest cottage would be helpful too.
  Secondly, the property was supposed to have 3 double beds, and one room with twin beds. Instead, there were 2 rooms with twin beds.

  We always enjoy our stay at Seascape over Memorial Weekend. This year there was new furniture, I wish there was more seating in the main room of the house; we enjoy looking at the view by the fire and chatting. The cooktop does not work very well, it takes A REALLY long time to heat up. The new dishes were a nice touch; there should be more wine glasses. I like to have new soap and did not like the liquid soap in the shower, but we bring our own, so it wasn't a problem. Overall, it was great. The DVD did not work and replacement was brought to us.
